These Terms govern your use of Fold: Prayer Wall & Bible ("Fold"), operated by Ratio Labs, Incorporated. By using Fold, you agree to these Terms.
Use of Fold
Use Fold only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects other users. Do not submit abusive, hateful, illegal, or spam content, or private information you do not have permission to share.
Prayer, Scripture, and companion content
Fold provides Scripture, prayer, reflection, church-search, and community features. AI-generated companion responses may be imperfect and should be treated only as reflection support. Fold is not God, clergy, therapy, medical care, legal advice, emergency services, or other professional advice.
Subscriptions
Paid Fold features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation disclosure are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account when Apple confirms the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account within the period Apple specifies. Removing Fold from a device does not cancel a subscription.
Community moderation
We may review, remove, limit, or refuse to display Prayer Wall content, including content that appears unsafe, abusive, spammy, or unrelated to Fold. You may report or block community content through the controls Fold provides.
Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains how Fold handles information. You grant Ratio Labs and its service providers permission to process information you submit only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Fold.
License and ownership
Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple license terms, Ratio Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fold on Apple devices you own or control. Fold's software, design, brand, text, and original content remain owned by Ratio Labs or its licensors.
Third-party services
Fold depends on services supplied by Apple and other providers for distribution, purchases, storage, maps, AI responses, moderation, diagnostics, and subscription presentation. Those services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by additional terms.
Availability and disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fold is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple terms
These Terms supplement Apple's applicable terms, including the Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for Fold support or maintenance.
Changes
We may update Fold and these Terms. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
