Subscriptions
Fold subscriptions are managed through Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple account, then Subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases in Fold if an active purchase is not recognized.
Account and data
You can delete your Fold profile and associated app data from Profile in the app. You may also email us with an account or privacy request.
Prayer Wall
Prayer requests may be moderated before or after they appear. Do not include private, sensitive, emergency, or identifying information in a public prayer request. Use the report and block controls for content that should be reviewed.
Companion chat
If a message does not send, confirm your connection and try again. Fold's companion is generated software, not God, clergy, therapy, medical care, legal advice, or emergency support.
Safety
If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now. Fold support cannot provide emergency or professional care.
