These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Wolverine: Peptide Tracker (“Wolverine” or the “App”), provided by Ratio Labs, Incorporated (“Ratio Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Wolverine, you agree to these Terms.

Important: Wolverine is a tracking and organizational tool, not a medical device or source of medical advice. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a compound, or decide a dose.

1. Eligibility and responsible use

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms where you live. Wolverine is not directed to children. If you are under the applicable age of digital consent, you may use Wolverine only with authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the security of your device and Apple account, and your decision to act on any routine or plan. Use Wolverine only with instructions supplied by a licensed clinician or pharmacist when medical guidance is appropriate.

2. Medical boundary

Wolverine does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, diagnosis, prescribing, dosing decisions, preparation instructions, or emergency services. Library and calculator content is general reference information and arithmetic based on user-entered values. Outputs can be wrong if an input, unit, device scale, or source instruction is wrong.

Always verify compounds, labels, concentrations, units, routes, schedules, calculations, and device markings with a licensed clinician or pharmacist. Do not disregard professional advice because of information shown in Wolverine. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency or adverse reaction, contact local emergency services or a qualified medical professional immediately.

If Ask Wolverine is available, it is limited to app help and reviewed educational context. Its responses may be incomplete or wrong and are not medical advice. Do not use it to choose a compound, decide a dose, assess a symptom, or handle an emergency.

3. Limited license

Subject to these Terms and the applicable Apple license terms, Ratio Labs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Wolverine on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, reverse engineer, interfere with, misuse, or attempt unauthorized access to Wolverine or its services, except where a restriction is prohibited by law.

4. Wolverine Plus and App Store purchases

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple. The product, price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and cancellation disclosure displayed in Wolverine and Apple’s purchase sheet control the transaction.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple account when Apple confirms the purchase.
  • Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled within the time shown by Apple.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account before renewal.
  • Apple, not Ratio Labs, handles App Store billing, refunds, family-sharing eligibility, and payment disputes under Apple’s policies.
  • You can use Restore Purchases in Wolverine to ask Apple to restore an eligible entitlement.

Removing Wolverine from a device does not cancel a subscription.

5. Your data

You retain responsibility for information you enter into Wolverine. You grant Ratio Labs and its service providers permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Wolverine, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Wolverine includes export and reset controls. Because Wolverine’s current cloud snapshot is tied to an anonymous app account, you should not rely on it as guaranteed multi-device or reinstall recovery. Export data you need to keep.

6. App content and intellectual property

Wolverine, including its software, design, brand, text, graphics, and original reference content, is owned by Ratio Labs or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party names, source materials, and links remain the property of their respective owners. A link or reference does not imply endorsement.

7. Third-party services

Wolverine depends on services supplied by Apple and other providers for distribution, purchases, backup, notifications, diagnostics, and subscription presentation. Those services may be unavailable, changed, or governed by additional terms. Ratio Labs is not responsible for a third party’s independent acts or policies.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features to improve Wolverine, address safety or legal issues, or respond to platform changes. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolverine is provided “as is” and “as available.” Ratio Labs disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and results. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratio Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost data, profits, or opportunities; or harm arising from reliance on user-entered inputs, calculations, notifications, library content, third-party products, or medical decisions.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Termination

You may stop using Wolverine at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or harm. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—will survive.

12. Apple terms

These Terms supplement the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where they apply. Apple is not responsible for Wolverine’s support or maintenance. If these Terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms, the applicable Apple terms control.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Wolverine changes. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
